In addition to and concomitantly with the above studies Dr. Harch has maintained a very active clinical hyperbaric medicine practice. The practice originally was confined exclusively to the 13 accepted UHMS indications, but has progressed over the years to a very concentrated application of HBOT to neurological applications. Dr. Harch performs phone and in person medical consultations, SPECT brain imaging through West Jefferson Medical Center, and treats with HBOT patients with neurological and non-neurological diseases. His patient population includes one of the largest and most diverse groups of neurological diseases, including seizure disorders. For patients who cannot afford transportation to New Orleans for a consultation/evaluation The Children's Miracle Flight Network of Las Vegas, Nevada has offered gratis transportation.
